The hotel is amazing; beautifully decorated; comfortable; staff are sweet and approachable; outstanding service.

Liked: The bed was the best part; so clean and comfortable; will be staying there again really soon; amazing.
Disliked: No ice machine on the floor; had to go down stairs for ice.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed. I just loved this hotel and look forward to staying in another Aloft in the future when I travel again. One thing for sure if I come to Dallas - this would be my first choice. The hotel was within walking distance of some great restaurants. There was a live band the first night of our stay - that was fun and the rooms were so quiet we could not hear anything that was happening in the lobby even when they were playing. I would stay here again and hope to do so again soon.

Liked: I loved this hotel! It was amazing, clean, quiet and just a beautiful place to stay with a fun young vibe to it.
Disliked: The refrigerator in our room did not keep drinks cool.
