The hotel is amazing; beautifully decorated; comfortable; staff are sweet and approachable; outstanding service.

Liked: The bed was the best part; so clean and comfortable; will be staying there again really soon; amazing.
Disliked: No ice machine on the floor; had to go down stairs for ice.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed. I just loved this hotel and look forward to staying in another Aloft in the future when I travel again. One thing for sure if I come to Dallas - this would be my first choice. The hotel was within walking distance of some great restaurants. There was a live band the first night of our stay - that was fun and the rooms were so quiet we could not hear anything that was happening in the lobby even when they were playing. I would stay here again and hope to do so again soon.

Liked: I loved this hotel! It was amazing, clean, quiet and just a beautiful place to stay with a fun young vibe to it.
Disliked: The refrigerator in our room did not keep drinks cool.

Liked: Great location in the Downtown, easy parking (open parking lot, not fenced), very nice loft space inside the lobby but also in the room, very big spaces, nice furniture and all clean. Helpful staff.
Disliked: There is a speaker in the side entrance which is placed outside and we could hear the music very loud all night long even in the 6th floor. Simple breakfast charged by item, a bit oily / fried but ok for the price.

Liked: Very comfortable bed. Well designed spaces. Very clean. Everything we needed.
Disliked: The worst wifi. Even difficult to use my own data. The toilet handle had to be held down in order to flush.

Disliked: The only concern I had was housekeeping walked in my room ( once while I was on the toilet ), not once, not twice, but three separate times. Lol! They take house keeping very serious!!
