The only thing I liked...

Liked: I did like the quiet
Disliked: My pillow smelled like mildew, they told me they could pick me up from the mall at grapevine. They drop me off but didn't pick me up. My light on the wall over the night stand didn't work. The water in the shower wasn't hot enough. My key didn't work to my room

Disliked: Reservation was cancelled due to no electricity cause by hurricane. The email was sent the morning of arrival with no suggestions of other properties. Why did they not send out an email earlier warning of potential problems?
