Disliked: Let’s start with check in. I knew it would be around 3 a.m. when we arrived so I messaged with booking and called to let them we would be late. When we arrived they started the process and swiped my card. Then I was told since we were late the system put us a know show. Therefore they had to swipe my card AGAIN and stand there for another ten minutes instead of going straight to bed, which we desperately needed to do. At this point I have two pending charges on my account and nobody knows exactly when it fall off.The room is petty but I wasn’t prepared for the bathroom area to only be separated by a curtain. The panel wall has a gap 3 inch gap that you can see whomever is on the other side. The toilet area does have pocket doors but they don’t close all the way.My husband took a great shower but the rest of us had no hot water. They checked and everything was working properly. We were offered another room. It had no hot water as well! We cancelled and were told we would get a refund for the remaining nights booked.

Disliked: Staff very poor attitude. While checking in clerk had an attitude and she decided to put us in the furthest room from the elevator. I wouldn't recommend.

Disliked: The lady that checked me in had no clue how to do her job. She Charged me for 3 rooms when only booked 2.
