Liked: After booking online we checked in no one spoke to us about 150 deposit we need to pay rooms don’t have microwave and phone didn’t work

Disliked: Check in was at 3pm, I arrived at 4pm and my room wasn't ready:(

Best Stay Ever!!!

Liked: First they let me check in early no questions asked no extra charges. The night desk clerk was a senior in high school but had a great personality. Very welcoming and hospitality. I think her name was Kiara or something close but she helped me professionally and with a huge smile every time I came down. I checked out before breakfast but the atmosphere is very hip and inviting. There was n airport shuttle but the morning guy helped me load my many bags into my uber with pleasure. This was the best hotel experience I ever had and will be frequently visiting as I travel in and out of the state.

The stay was overall uneventful.

Liked: Staff was nice. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: Check in process was slow, app or check ahead process was down. Key card would not work led to waiting to be able to get into our room. Layout of hotel was a bit awkward. Advertised amenities were either off site or closed.
