I would come here consistently...

Liked: The staff was friendly, and well organized. This location is in a safe area and close to public transportation of all routes and dining.
Disliked: There was no microwave in my room.

Liked: Loved the location and that there were 2 restaurants on site
Disliked: The room was small, and check in was quick, but a hassle. They tried to double charge me for the room even though I paid in full before arriving and I had to correct them. Also, the $150 incidental fee was insane

Lovely River North stay!

Liked: We loved it! Super clean, friendly staff, housekeeping was super on it everyday. Location was good, lovely restaurants around and nice and safe. Boutique style, modern but brilliantly quiet we didn’t hear any neighbours except in the hallway.
Disliked: Small thing but if you sell wine you need wine glasses in the room not just cheapie plastic cups!! The T is a bit of a walk but it’s a nice neighbourhood to walk, we’d absolutely stay again for the value for money :)

Liked: The stuff help us solve the clogged basin drains quickly with no charge.
Disliked: The sound insulation is not very good

Got the job done, expensive...

Liked: Location is great! You’re close to everything. And being close to all the great thin gas downtown means enduring loud noises, even if you stay on the top most floor.
Disliked: The water pressure in the show was BAD. And the water pressure in the wash sink was worse. It really put a dampener on our experience of freshening up for the day or winding down for the evening. Walls of the rooms are very thin and you can easily hear your neighbors (and vice versa).

Disliked: Room was small. We were there 4 days and didn’t receive room service once. Valet parking was an additional $69 per night which I feel was excessive.
