It was good over all!!!

Liked: I loved the size of the rooms and I loved the upstairs bar.. the staff was also wonderful
Disliked: The fire alarm went off around 8:30pm and we got dressed and went outside and stood in the freezing cold… we were allowed to go back in 10 minutes later… then that same night at around 11:30pm the alarms went off again… woke up everyone including my daughter who had to be at UTC early in the morning for college. I called downstairs and they said it was a false alarm.. but the alarm kept on going off… it threw off our whole night and we were actually scared to go back to sleep, thinking it might go off again… the next morning when talking to the staff, all they could say was sorry!! I love that hotel and I stay there every time I come to Chattanooga, but “SORRY” was not enough!!!

Liked: Location. Close to everything. Facilities are nice and clean.
Disliked: No designated parking for the hotel. It's shared by restaurants and mall/stores within in the area so parking is difficult. No trash can in the commode room/area.

Disliked: room rug starting to look a little worn but still clean

Liked: Great location with lots of food options and shopping nearby We had corner room - great size, great shower and tv

A convenient inconvenient one night...

Liked: This is our second time staying at this Aloft location. We love the amenities, the location, and the price. With all that said because we only stayed one night we I made no complaint about the bathroom door. I literally got stuck in the bathroom every time used. The wooden door wasn’t functioning as intended.
Disliked: Love this property
