It was a quick night's...

Liked: Even though my taste does not run modern I liked the rooms modern decore. Our room was a handicap room. The bath accomodations were great.
Disliked: The bed was low making it a little difficult to get out of. The shower water knob setting were difficult to dicern It was a no step walk in and the shower curtain was about 3 inches short. Floor outside curtain got very wet. Could be dangerous. Had to use a bath towel to stop out on. None of these things detracted from our stay. Just you might be aware of. Room 208

Very nice place

Liked: Huge room, super clean. Front desk was very nice. Very cool place
Disliked: Had some issues with the air temp in the room

It was good over all!!!

Liked: I loved the size of the rooms and I loved the upstairs bar.. the staff was also wonderful
Disliked: The fire alarm went off around 8:30pm and we got dressed and went outside and stood in the freezing cold… we were allowed to go back in 10 minutes later… then that same night at around 11:30pm the alarms went off again… woke up everyone including my daughter who had to be at UTC early in the morning for college. I called downstairs and they said it was a false alarm.. but the alarm kept on going off… it threw off our whole night and we were actually scared to go back to sleep, thinking it might go off again… the next morning when talking to the staff, all they could say was sorry!! I love that hotel and I stay there every time I come to Chattanooga, but “SORRY” was not enough!!!
