Liked: Having the bar upstairs was the highlight of our quick trip. Being disabled makes it hard to go out as bars are crowded with rowdy people that maybe don't pay attention well. We had so much fun and the dj was amazing. The atmosphere was so relaxed and enjoyable. We loved the pool table and the outside area. Lots of comfortable seating so we didn't have to stand too long. The bartenders were amazing. Just an over all great vibe with easy accessibility
Disliked: The perfume smell in the lobby was way too strong and not very pleasant.My biggest complaint and the reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I am handicapped and so is my husband. When we arrived we had a handicap spot up front by the door making it easy for me to get in and out. We left to go to dinner and when we arrived back there was a vehicle with no handicap placard or tag taking up the last available space. we had to park at the opposite end of the building and walk much further in. I told the lady at the front desk who told me she would tell her manager. I'm not sure if that happened and I can understand not wanting to ruin a guests vacation or stay by having their vehicle towed but let me remind you that is a towable and finable offense and nothing was done. It is very disrespectful of a guest of yours to be doing that as people like us really need and depend on those spots to make life livable. I recommend maybe take guest license plate #s down with their id's like other hotels do, so you can contact that guest and ask them to move their vehicle if this happens in the future

Liked: This was a last minute stay due to a weather delay on Atlanta and our plane was diverted to Chattanooga. I appreciate that the price was affordable for a last minute room and the staff were professional and courteous. The restaurant/bar was opened late which allowed me to be able to get some real food, which was delicious.

Disliked: The guest service didn’t speak one time as we passed the desk. The first night I entered the lobby the clerk was arguing loudly with a woman. I said I may have picked the wrong place to stay and he laughed. Once in the room there were no wash cloths and a stain on the comforter.

Disliked: Being woken up multiple times before 10 by housekeeping when our checkout was at 12. Housekeeping tried to come in the second time.
