Perfectly located. Only took us a few minutes to get to and from the Fillmore. Plenty of other things to do if you aren't coming to a show. Will definitely book again if we're in the area.

Disliked: Being located right in downtown Charlotte, it was kind of noisy, but we didn't mind. It was Saturday night and it's to be expected. No big deal to us, but to others it may be a problem.

This was a great location. Within walking distance to many attractions and only a short (and cheap) cab ride from our first destination of the night - The Fillmore. The staff was really great, as well as the valet parking attendants who held our bags for us on checkout day so that we could grab some lunch before we headed back, and had our car ready to go when we were done with lunch. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Charlotte.

Enjoyed the atmosphere in and around hotel. Room was nice but when we sleet, all were heard was a super noisy air conditioner. Slept horribly. Second night we became fed up and left the hotel at 4:45 am. I'm done staying at this particular hotel.

Disliked: Air conditioner; bed.

We use other hotels in the area regularly and I was extremely impressed with Aloft. Will use this hotel again.

Liked: Room was comfortable and well decorated. Staff was excellent and eager to please. Wonderful property.
Disliked: Parking fee was not expected and was high.
