Disliked: My experience was horrible. My card was charged twice. The guy that help me added extra fees & my receipt said something totally different from what I was charged . The rain out of wash clothes so they gave us hand towels. Over I wouldn’t go back ever again .

Liked: check in. shower... bed... clean sheets.
Disliked: someone backed there car into my work truck. no usb ports. no free breakfast.

Exceptional

Stop charging patrons for parking.

Liked: Tucked away off the main road and clean. I go to Aloft because they are exceptionally clean.
Disliked: I had to pay for parking. Not sure why they are charging for parking and there are barely any parking spaces. No garage, not even gated. Cut the charge out for parking. I have stayed at enough Aloft hotels, they do not do it everywhere.

Liked: Great location, room big and well set upp.
Disliked: Lobby, not peeling.
