Overall very nice and clean

Disliked: At one point during my stay the lights in the bathroom wouldn’t come on when the switch was flipped, I had to keep trying and there was a major delay for the lights to come on

just move on

Liked: The property is reasonably maintained.
Disliked: I couldn't adjust the heat in the room.Housekeeping is lacking. They didn't offer to make up the room each of the 3 days we were there.I had to specifically ask for bottle water to be replenished.

Convenient quiet clean nice staff

Liked: Everyone is so nice, wish there was free water.
Disliked: I paid for the loft king up and 2 queens down and thought we were getting it at the airport, I should be refunded some of my money since we didn’t get it. I tried to call but whoever I spoke with said that nothing could be done!! I think some thing should be. This is a nice place and I’ll be back to see my Grand children .

Perfect for a short getaway

Liked: Proximity to our event pool and other amenities included
Disliked: More parking needed, restaurant onsite would have been helpful, small sofa in the rooms for more comfort, some rooms could have had kitchenette facilities
