Liked: So easy and close to 1st Bank venue. Booked our room from the concert, then just walked over afterwards. We were greeted by a fun, after concert atmosphere in the lobby too : )

Liked: Very nice; pet friendly; cool atmosphere; clean.
Disliked: Food wasn't great and expensive.

Clean rooms; polite people; can't complain. Nice, modern looking place, perfect for a place to crash after a RAVE!

Food service was very adequate for a limited services hotel.

Liked: Nice room; friendly staff; great bar to hang out in before going to the concert at the 1st Bank Center.

The staff are very friendly. The bed was like sleeping on a cement slab. The heater kept waking us up all night - even when it wasn't on, it was ticking. You just cannot beat the convenience to the 1st Bank Center, however.

Liked: Convenient to 1st Bank Center.
Disliked: Hard bed; noisy heater.

If the Aloft had a restaurant and room service, I would have given it 10*. The fact that it doesn't is a real negative for me.

Liked: Clean and very comfortable. Outside area with the fireplace and view was great.
Disliked: No restaurant or room service.

Had a wonderful experience.

Liked: Beautiful hotel 3 blocks from 1st Bank Center.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Everything else.
Disliked: TV was flickering.

The facility was very modern and clean. The room was fabulous, with comfy bedding - it was quiet (good insulation) with adequate amenities, and the maids weren't trying to get into the room at daybreak, etc. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our only disappointments were that there was no hot tub and that we encountered a bar maid with a sour personality. Everyone has a bad day, and maybe that was the case. But again, when you're paying a little extra for convenience you expect to be treated a little extra nice : )

Liked: The place to stay if you're going to concert at First Bank Center.
Disliked: Understand the hotel being pricey for the convenience, but a free paper or a continental breakfast would be nice.
