Liked: Location
Disliked: The iron didn't work in our room nor did the phone so we couldn't even call to get a new one. Had just gotten out of the shower so it wasn't convenient to go to the front desk. Room was okay, but because details like the iron and phone weren't noticed by the staff, truly question the cleanliness - room didn't feel clean/sanitized. Also heard the early morning deliveries outside our room (super loud) and we could hear the conversation in the next room over through the early morning hours (walls are thin - the gals next door were not overly loud but we could hear them like we were in their room)

Liked: Location is great, this is why I stay there.
Disliked: Breakfast is rubbish, I go to the Big Bad Breakfast bar across the road.

Disliked: The decor could use a refresh - there were spots on the wall in our room that were not smoothly covered and it was obvious that the area was patched.

Disliked: Please update the listing to indicate that breakfast is not included (or $0.10, as my booking said) but rather a paid cafe.
