Liked: The location was perfect as it is across the street from UH Ahuja Med Center. Staff gave me a late checkout as I wasn't sure if my husband would be discharged from the hospital.
Disliked: Everything was great.

Never stay at an Aloft...

Liked: Bed was comfy.
Disliked: Very small room, nowhere to sit except bean bag chair, small plastic desk chair. To watch TV I had to sit on the bed. We are seniors and need a larger more comfortable room. There was not a single good chair in the tiny room. The door in the bathroom was very hard to move. I thought I would get stuck there. The sliding door by the closet screeched when moved. The room has very little lighting. Awful experience. This is not a boutique hotel, it's a cheap ripoff to make more profit for overpriced rooms. Also, no breakfast included.
