Disliked: The pool wasn’t heated. It felt like ice water

Disliked: Parking was limited. Not every staff greeted us.

Liked: Everything, it was in a great location. The staff was amazing! They had a live band and events! It was great!!

Liked: While the bed is comfy our request for a higher floor was not accommodated. At night we can hear street noise loudly which affected our sleep. On top of that the room above us made a lot of noise. Children stomping and running around for several hours. Very bad sound proofing between floors I must say.
Disliked: Bad sound proofing between rooms so you will hear all the noise. We stayed there for 3 nights not once the housekeeper came to clean our room. No fresh tower and bath tissue replaced. Trash bins was full of trap as they didn’t come to clean up. Toilet in the swimming pool area is in bad condition, it smells and water doesn’t flush. Overall we were not impressed and won’t return.
