It was so, so, so excellect. The shower was nice - stand up with two shower heads. The room was clean and spacious. The super cooler in the mini fridge saved me. We got a free upgrade for our room. The pool was heated and a perfect start to our day back home.

Disliked: There wasn't anything I was disappointed with. Maybe more waters in the room due to having 4 guests and not just 2 but that's me being picky.

Liked: Modern wall papers and furniture at lobby and room. Everything was nice and clean.
Disliked: I didn’t find any bathroom extractor fan.The sockets to charge the cell phone in the Night Stand did not work.

Disliked: The setup for the cost. Too expensive with no complements to the guest. I paid on booking.com and the girl charged my card at the hotel too. She said she was holding $100 for incidentals, but my card was charged $180.19 which included $164.50 for room and some snacks I purchased because they don't provide anything.

Liked: Reshan was the best front desk clerk!!! We had a bad experience with an Airbnb so we had to find a hotel quick!!! When I tell you he helped us with open arms. He was nothing more than amazing! If he’s at this hotel when we come back I most definitely will be booking again. I’ve told the world about him. It was a pleasure to have someone to work in the hotel industry that’s so perfect for the job!! The nicest person I’ve meet.
