Liked: Great location! Clean updated rooms. Renovation going on but didn’t disturb us at all!!

Liked: The location. The staff was friendly. Parking garage was convenient.
Disliked: The rooms are tiny. So so small. And the bed was super uncomfortable. They are doing construction in the hotel and had cardboard duct taped to the carpet in the halls. The complimentary shampoo and body wash was in a pump in the shower, there's no telling what people could put in there. That's gross. It was overpriced. The location is the only thing they've got if it were 5 miles away in any direction, they'd go out of business at $200+ parking per night... $30 for parking? In a county built lot?

It was OK.

Liked: The room was great! We've stayed here before and knew what to expect. The bed was comfy.
Disliked: I didn't like being charged twice! This happened once before. It took a week to be rectified! The manager apologized. However her superiors didn't seem to care. Next time, it's the Omni!

Disliked: Some work is needed at the hotel and is actually going on now. Excited to see what the updates/repairs are.

Disliked: They do not respect reservations made through booking.com and didn’t not honor it.
