Liked: The pool area was exceptional. We had everything we needed and the staff was very helpful.
Disliked: I can see why the facility is on lock down because every time I was outside I was approached by someone trying to get me to let them in. I didn’t feel unsafe, but it was sad to see people freezing in the streets.
