Nice rooms, but really poor...

Liked: breakfast was really poor. Selection of pastries were stone cold leftovers from previous days, no fresh yogurt and no fresh cut fruits. Hot breakfast selection is forgettable as well.
Disliked: Food from the bar menu needs to be revamped or even the kitchen team needs to be replaced. The thai bowl was disgusting!

Disliked: My room was on the first floor, the same side of the gym and even though I was 5 rooms away from the gym I could hear gym weights being dropped during the night.

Fantastic hotel a stone’s throw...

Liked: Superb location for attending events in the P&J arena, it’s literally a stone’s throw away. Everything is spotlessly clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated the mini fridge and as a woman with thick curly hair, having good quality conditioner as a freebie was a nice bonus! Staff were all very kind and friendly

Liked: Nice bright room, comfortable bed, and everything was clean. Reception and bar staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Long wait for dinner and then food wasn't the best. 2 of our group returned their meals.Disappointed with breakfast. I'm plant based, and there wasn't much choice for me. £15 for some fruit and a plain bagel.
