Lovely place to stay

Liked: I always stay here when I come to Cranbrook. The room is always clean, the bed is comfy. It's on the main highway, so close to everything.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: REceptionist/owner wasn't aware of our online booking. didn't have the correct rooms for us. Could barely speak English and blamed us for the problems because we booked online. The hotel itself is very old and has been poorly renovated. The ground floor unit we were given had a partially collapsed floor so that it was uneven underfoot. A total dump. Don't stay here.

Liked: The room was clean and relatively comfy. The front desk tried to charge me more for a room I did not book, the woman was rude and unhelpful.

Great place to stay!

Liked: As always the Almo has been a great place, comfy bed and everything we need.
Disliked: This isn't on the place itself, just think our room was furthest away from the hot water tank, that it took a moment to get hot water, and if you stay on the bottom floor in the winter, bring slippers.
