Great lil motel worth staying...

Liked: everything was great, clean comfortable. microwave, fridge and Keurig and mini type kitchenette was great, clean bathroom with heater and huge bed , new TV and tons of room for decent price. would recommend if needing a place to stay in Cranbrook!
Disliked: sometimes lil train noise from outside but I sleep like a rock

Liked: Quiet, clean and good price. The room had all amenities. Coffee machine, fridge, microwave, wifi and lots of hot water.
Disliked: Maybe an earlier check in time would be nice.

It was just okay for...

Liked: We seemed to be the only people in that section. It was relatively quiet. First appearances everything was good, we each had a private area to ourselves. There were dishes cutlery etc, coffee and tea. The beds were fine. It was -7C when we arrived and had to really crank up the heat when we got in.
Disliked: When we went to check in she asked if we wanted a door between the two bedrooms, I thought that was what I had booked according to the photo of the room, so that was disconcerting. I was travelling with my adult son. I had searched specifically for that. I had lost something and was searching everywhere for it, and nothing had been cleaned under the club chairs for a while. The fridge was very noisy, so was unplugged during the stay. I spilled coffee on the vinyl tile and when I wiped the floor up it came away black, not just coffee either. There were crunchy bits of something on the floor also. There was also a Fire brat running around on the bed covering. They are harmless but still! We only stayed for 2 of the 3 night booking. Had no issues getting a refund for the third night. The woman on the desk was okay but seemed rather lackadaisical. She had never heard of Fire brats and I showed her a picture and advised her to put glue traps under fridges etc.
