Clean and very smart looking. Excellent service. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it.

Clean but shabby- didn’t sleep...

Liked: Great cooked buffet breakfast and location.
Disliked: Second time stay at this property. The first visit was great, but the second not so great. Bed was collapsed in the middle and didn’t get a good nights sleep. As I arrived late on didn’t feel like anything would be done for me. The carpet had big bleach spots on it. Holes in the nets. Needs some serious updating and money spending on upkeep.

Rather disappointed

Liked: Size of room. Choice of breakfast. Staff all pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: No heat in bedrooms only portable heater. Had to be on all the time whilst in the room. We are 2 pensioner. I think that it was only beginning of April with very cold nights it's rather ridiculous to have turned off the heating..The bathroom was so cold almost impossible to use...We were offered another heater but it would only have made another hazard for my husband to fall over. The cooked breakfast was not very hot and the plates were cold..I have never been so cold in bed with 2 duvets and a blanket! Fortunately the sun was shining in the morning and it warmed the room a little. We have stayed in the hotel many times and have never had any problems. As none smokers it is also not good having to walk out the front door through a crowd of smoke!
