Clean and very smart looking. Excellent service. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it.

Disliked: A little lax on room cleaning only wanted clean cups and bins empty not done. Bed not made but not really a problem. Put right immediately when we moaned. Not entirely happy with explanation a bit far fetched with our wide experience of hotelRoom servicing (ie we don't make beds when a nightie is there cos don't want to touch peoples belongings) However every other day over weekend bed was made. On the other hand a superb lady in charge in the office when not complaining but couldn't get tv to respond to controller. Turned out wasn't batteries but lady tried best to resolve problem. Didn't want to move rooms very settled but she gave us a free breakfast instead. Superb customer relationsOnly sorry didn't get her name. On her basis would use Hotel again if in the area

A very nice location, but...

Liked: The breakfast food was of a high standard, and well cooked and prepared, but the waitress started clearing away the food available well before we had finished. We went for breakfast at 9.15, and the waitress started removing bread/croissants/pastries etc at 9.30.
Disliked: Our room was very cold.
