Liked: Hosts were fantastic and very helpful. When my son and I struggled to find an uber to take us to an interview they helped us arrange a local bus and alternative taxis. Really appreciated!
Disliked: n/a. Worth noting that Uber don't seem to have much coverage in Plymouth though. Taxis and buses are used more.

Absolutely outstanding service.
Liked: The staff were absolutely amazing and and went above and beyond to cater towards my wife's coeliac. Fantastic with our youngest as well. And exceptionally helpful in planning our day and journey.

Clean and delightful family-run Victorian...
Liked: Just a lovely, traditional Victorian guesthouse run by a hardworking family. Incredibly welcoming and clear about systems of ordering breakfast. Off street parking and on street parking around the side. Amazing double glazing in the room which shut out car traffic. Clean bedrooms and a clever ‘hidden’ en-suite (looks like a wardrobe).
Disliked: Not really relevant - it is a Victorian guesthouse with ceiling roses, pastel yellow on the walls and patterned carpets in keeping with the historical period. If you want a more modern room/stay, then this isn’t for you. However, it was exceptionally clean and the beds weren’t too hard or too soft; the breakfast was great and the owners polite and welcoming.
