Liked: Room was okay and staff very friendly
Disliked: Worst stay in Brussels I've had, room on first floor and windows paper thin. Had a building site opposite the window, literally no sleep at all. Avoid

Excellent staff maek a stay...

Liked: The staff were really good and welcoming. The location is close to perfect once I found my way around.
Disliked: Not so keen on spiral astaircase to the bathroom. Nicely exotic but middle of the night excursions require care.

Liked: Location is fantasticBed was amazing Room size was great Hotel was very clean and staff were professional and helpful
Disliked: I know this can’t be helped due to location but the noise - building work next door which started at 07:30 during the week and continued into the afternoon. Constant banging and drilling. Night time noise - although location is convenient the bar on the same street is so noisy on a night and we were woke up during the nights numerous times around 02:30

Great stay.

Liked: Close proximity to the market square and centraal station. Great view of the bell tower from our room. Staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations for eating. Room was large and roomy. Very clean and tidy.
Disliked: No issues with this hotel.

Superb

Liked: Was in a quiet area of the city and was within walking distance to restaurants.
Disliked: Wished there were more restaurant selections a bit closer. We were tired at the end of our day and was about a one km walk. Normally ok, like I said, we were tired.

Not so bad but would...

Liked: Nice location
Disliked: Bathroom too small, shower floor looked like needed some repairs. Towels were very worn out and did not look clean.

Value for money, no frills...

Liked: Location, comfy bed, helpful staff
Disliked: Bit of street noise (not their fault) but it did not continue to unsocial hours, even at the weekend.
