Value for money, no frills...

Liked: Location, comfy bed, helpful staff
Disliked: Bit of street noise (not their fault) but it did not continue to unsocial hours, even at the weekend.

Liked: I loved it, yummy breakfast with hot and continental options. Great location, so easy to get everywhere! The staff were amazing, our sink broke while we were there and they fixed it so quickly

Really good location and excellent...

Liked: Really good location, close to Brussels Centraal Station and right next to The Grand Place. Very handy for bars, cafes and restaurants. Cheerful, friendly and professional staff. Good size room with great shower, plenty of towels and a really, really comfortable bed.
Disliked: Quite expensive but that's what you must expect in such a good location.

Perfect location on our first...

Liked: The location was perfect for local attractions, restaurants etc. There was a festival on in the grand place which was a short walk away. The staff on reception were super friendly. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The air conditioning was a bit noisy and the room very warm without it on.

Great hotel: quiet, modern and...

Liked: The location was perfect, three minutes from the Gran Place, thirty seconds from a street buzzing with restaurants, but in a quiet street. In the room it was hard to believe the lively crowds were so near. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast in the hotel once, as there are lots of eating places nearby, but it was good value, with hot and cold options. In terms of accessibility, it's five minutes walk from Central Station
Disliked: Can't think of anything negative. The pillows were a bit too fluffy for me...one was too small, but two were too high! But that's a personal thing.

Great location, staff and a...

Liked: You couldn't ask for a better location. The hotel was a five minute walk from Central Station - trains, subway, buses. The old town was right outside the door. Great restaurants, activities, sights and the staff was excellent. Cleanliness was top notch, best I've seen in a long time. Wifi was great and the breakfast was excellent. I would unquestionably stay there again.
Disliked: Lighting was improperly placed and in the bathroom the light was behind your head and you could only see a shadow of your face. The air conditioning did not appear to be working properly, the room was very warm in the evenings.
