Disliked: Dated decor. The shower head was in the middle of the bath tub - its not a rain type, so its abit of a weird angle as you have to sort of crab walk around. Cleanliness is on the lower end; the shower curtain rod was black on top (I'm aware its an odd place to wipe down but there was no space to hang wet laundry) and the gutters by the windows was a breeding ground for mosquitoes. The room AC was noisy and creaky. We wanted to open the windows since its a central AC that is switched off during winter, but could not get any ventilation and cool air in the room. The TV is some distance away from the bed so you're forced to turn the volume on higher - which means that your neighbour will do the same thing and I could hear the TV from the other room at 7am. All four bed pillows are also square for some reason and was disorienting to use as a side sleeper who switches around throughout the night.

Liked: The staff were really nice and even spoke Spanish! Virginia and the rest of the group were helpful and made sure our stay was the best. They also gave us recommendations
