Liked: Very bad They showed the room as if it has a beautiful bed and it is a large one!!!But when I reached I found both the bed and the room very smallThis room cannot be suitable for human use.

It was a good experience,...
Liked: The location was great, we could walked everywhere from the hotel . The breakfast was also delicious.We are planning to stay at ALMA Hotel when we come back to Vienna.

Liked: The location is EXCELLENT, it's a five minute walk to the middle of the city center. It's clean and the staff is amazing. Highly recommended

Great location!
Liked: Comfortable bed. Coffee machine available at all time. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Bathroom light could have been better. Difficult to apply on makeup in the red(!) bathroom.

Liked: 1. Staff - excellent 2. Location is great 3. Breakfast is good
Disliked: 1. The hotel maintenance should improve, the carpets worn in the rooms and furniture as well 2. The bed's mattress needs to be replaced immediately. 3. No king-size or queen-size beds, most of the rooms and also the 2 suites have twin beds
