Disliked: Not recommended. Misleading advertisement photos. Unfortunately, this hotel didn’t meet our expectations at all. There are several basic things that you’d expect from a 4-star property, but they were missing here:1.There’s no reception or customer service available after 9:00 PM or before 8:00 AM. If you need help during these times, you’re completely on your own.2.The water pressure in the shower is very low—probably the worst we’ve experienced in a hotel. When we brought this up with reception, their response was not just unhelpful but also rude.3.They don’t provide any room service. Bins weren’t emptied, sheets weren’t changed, and no cleaning was done unless you paid an extra $15 per day.4.There’s no phone service in the rooms to contact reception if you need anything.5. One White light, another one yellow light, aircon is locked you can’t change temperature. Reception has authority to change from their end but no reception after 9:00PM to 8:00AM. Honestly, these are things you might tolerate in an Airbnb or a budget accommodation, but this place markets itself as a 4-star hotel. It’s hard to justify staying here with so many better options available. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
