Liked: We came home with bedbugs the pool jacuzzi and sauna were filthy and sauna didn't work you better warn people I want my money back there was no one else on the property disgusting

Liked: I've stayed at the Allure many times never would stay anywhere else
Disliked: Everything also walk out patio or room's with balconies looking out at the courtyard loved it

Liked: Great location, bed, pillows and duvet were amazing, we had a king executive room
Disliked: The bathroom sink drain filled up, and took ages to go down. We didn't call down, it wasxmas night and only saw 1 young girl at desk.The remote didn't work, we took batteries out, and played around with it.The worst of all, the heating clicked on and off every 15min, and sounded like an industrial generator, we weren't able to sleep, at all I did complain in morning, for manager to reach out to me, very unacceptable!!
