Disliked: The price for a portacot, & not receiving it, also charged for it. The cleanliness of the room & supplies. Wet musty smell. Wall lighting reading to fall off the wall

Disliked: Was the dirtiest motel I have ever stayed in! Stained towels and bed linen with no protectors used, very mouldy shower/basin, dust thick on skirting/carpet edges, stained carpet, unwashed glasses with lipstick still on one. Had to carry luggage up 4 flights of stairs to level 3. Wasn't given a room door code in check-in instructions sms as was supposed to receive so had to call up reservations management. Learned that motel is owned/managed by Alloggio so was very surprised that they would allow such a poor standard. I knew it was going to be budget accommodation but there is a certain reasonable level of cleanliness that one expects. The photos of the rooms are outdated and don't reflect how it looks now or the degree of substandard cleaning.

Liked: Air conditioner worked well. Free Undercover parking for the hot day we were there.
Disliked: We had to phone & get the door codes and it was well after 2pm check-in time by the time we got in. A text was supposed to be sent previously. Don’t like all the upselling eg early checkin for extra $50. The carpet smelled. Needs a really good clean. In the room & hallway. Bathroom needed an update. 2 people but only 1 teaspoon. Very limited extras eg not even a box of tissues.
