Great spot for an overnight...

Liked: An unusual location however a good place to stay overnight when travelling so its not really an issue. Was great value with the deal we got on booking.com at the time. Room was clean, quiet and spacious enough, but fairly "characterless". Bed was fine and AC worked well.
Disliked: The entry process to the building the first time was difficult as we didnt realise the touch screen was activated best by placing your hand over it not just touching it.....only found out by watching someone else get in successfully! The whole stafflass reception thing is a bit odd but worked OK

Modern clean, bedside ok. Sterile...

Liked: Clean, modern room, nice bathroom, comfy bed, relatively good lication. Large car park. Lift access if needed.
Disliked: When calling staff on phone for assistance twice found them somewhat rude and abrupt. No toaster in room. Sterile feel to place and room, wierd location znd surrounds. Couldn't get extra towels as have to pre book them plus they cost quite a lot. Needed another outlet for medical device but no way to get extension cord. Never had a problem at any other motels or hotels before aa always had outlet on each side of bed, even in 2-3 star el cheapo highway motel. Only one bedside table for king bed

Perfect for stop overs

Liked: I stayed in the Arnotts room and it was very clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking Mortels ha ha. The bed was super comfy and I definitely made use of the extra pillows that were provided. So much parking spaces and felt very comfortable.
Disliked: N/A

Liked: The facilities are excellent, and there are lots of parking.
Disliked: Our quilt has large brown stains on it. Please ensure it is thoroughly cleaned before the room is prepared. Thank you.

Liked: The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Had everything you need for short stays.
Disliked: Not having staff to check you in was strange but the process was smooth and easy to follow so not really something negative.
