Location to city was great...

Liked: We had an enjoyable stay. We didn’t see any staff but didn’t need to. There were minor things in need of repair but overall it was good value for its location within the city centre.

Liked: good location. One good reading light (a second would have been ideal)
Disliked: poor maintenance of fittings and equipment. I must have missed the bit about there being no parking (limited pay parking on the street, busiest during shoulder hours.

Other than for the location...

Liked: The location on King St was ok, close to bars, restaurants, public transport links and walks close by. When calling the helpline they were available and responsive to concerns raised.
Disliked: The property overall was dirty inside, everything felt greasy/sticky to touch, even the handrail going up the stairs. The room was filthy, with months of dust and dirt on top of the fridge, carpet felt sticky and had to request for it to be vacuumed. I cleaned the room down, sprayed everything with Dettol/Glen 20 antibacterial spray. Bed and pillows stained, do I need to go on….
