Liked: Overall the hotel was good and met with expections.
Disliked: The room was a disappointment, it was very dark even with lights on and the bathroom was small, there was no shower screen so the room filled with water, making the floor lethal on climbing out of bath, this is a potential accident waiting to happen. We were in Room 118 and I suggest that this is rectified as soon as possible.

Liked: Very comfortable and quiet. Excellent location for the centre of the city. Staff were exceptional. Rooms were large and spotlessly clean.Great choice for breakfast.
Disliked: Drinks at the bar were a bit pricey.

Very disappointed and ruined our...

Liked: It was our wedding anniversary and we were travelling home. Decided to stop in Lille for a nice dinner rather than get home late. Booked a restaurant table with initial booking months ago. Got there to find restaurant closed on Sundays and no one had bothered to tell us. Wouldn’t have stayed there had we known.
Disliked: Had a drink in bar.The chairs are very uncomfortable.

Disliked: The only comment i would have is the music in the main hall goes until late in the evening and it is a bit disruptive once you go to bed.
