Pleasant

Liked: There was no breakfast and the coffee that was offered was awful
Disliked: We chose to stay here because they had a pool. Pool was not open. I didn't care but my child was very disappointed

Liked: The staff are all very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: They don't serve breakfast during the winter months

Disliked: Upon arrival I was the only car there. I thought hotel was closed. Checking in i read a sign staying no breakfast given asked what time pool closed and was told indefinitely the heater broke. I booked for 6 days mind u! Neither was stated on website before booking or i wud not of booked there. The shower had no hot water basically cold to lukewarm. Told front desk. no one came to fix nor was i offered another room. Not even offered a discount for the no breakfast, no pool, cold water. No blowdryer in bathroom. Beds were uncomfortable. Very disappointed stayed there back in may and was pleased not this time. I won't be back

Disliked: No hot water at all to take a shower having 2 small kids coming out pool and there take cold showers it a shame I like the hotel the prices are great but step up a little bit
