Liked: Really nice rooms, spacious and well cleaned. The position of the hotel is good, in less than 10 minutes by foot you reach the Gran Via. The staff has been always at our service in case of need. Good Breakfast
Disliked: I didn't dislike anything in particular. The price is fair for the offer.

Liked: I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not live up to its booking rating. While the beds were comfortable, which was certainly a plus, that’s about the only highlight from our experience.
Disliked: The hotel itself is quite dated, and although I wouldn’t call it dirty, there were a few small insects on the floor, which was off-putting. Initially, we were given a room that smelled of smoke, though to the staff’s credit, they did provide us with a replacement right away.However, there were significant issues with comfort and air quality. The air conditioning is positioned directly next to the bed, which makes it challenging to use, especially if you’re traveling with children as we were. We were concerned about them getting sick from the direct blast, so we had to leave it off. Complicating things further, the windows don’t open, so without the air conditioning, the room became stuffy and uncomfortable.The worst part of our stay was breakfast. Unfortunately, half of my family became ill after eating there, and I personally haven’t been able to eat for two days. This was a very disappointing and concerning experience.
