Liked: A good size, well furnished room with a large comfortable bed. Plenty of storage space. Excellent food and attentive service The restaurant uses local, named suppliers. .Parking available immediately outside the hotel.
Disliked: No negatives about the hotel. Disappointing that the buses to Duns and Berwick Upon Tweed no longer service Allanton.

Liked: Very friendly staff and owner. Good sized room, clean and above average quality towels. Excellent breakfast with wide choice of lots of local food.
Disliked: Nothing at all: would definitely recommend. Quiet location near places of interest and we hope to return.

A lovely setting with amazing...

Liked: Staff were pleasant and professional, on site food and service was very good. The history of the Allanton Inn was a bonus, the host has captured this and makes it available to read in the comfort of you room.
