Dirty room, would not recommend.

Disliked: When we received our keys and arrived at our room, we immediately noticed that it had been very poorly cleaned. There were clumps of dirt and sticky substances all over the floors, and toenail clippings under the bed. The bed sheets were stained with brown patches, which was extremely concerning.We went down to the front desk to request a different room, but were told there were no other rooms available. After making a phone call, the front desk attendant returned, and we informed her that we no longer wished to stay and requested a refund. However, she only refunded two out of the three nights we had booked.When we went back to the room to collect our belongings, we overheard two housekeepers mocking us for complaining about the dirty room. Upon arriving at our room, we found another housekeeper inside cleaning—without our request or authorization—which made us very uncomfortable, especially since our personal items were still inside.As we tried to gather our things quickly, the front desk woman entered our room without knocking, demanding to see where the room was dirty. The entire situation felt hostile, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked: This place is very homie and every staff are always there to help you . Very kind people , and it’s close on base !!! Would recommend . It’s also clean and provide necessities .

Exceptional

Liked: We hadn’t planned on staying the night in Waynesville but circumstances changed that. It appears to be a family run business. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been very kind and friendly. Our dog was with us and he was welcome too for a small fee. It’s not a new place but my most important feature was obvious, the place is clean. It also is in a quiet location and there are plenty of amenities with in a close proximity. We’ve stayed there twice with the same results. Our visits to Waynesville are probably ended and I hope we find a similar situation on our next travels.
Disliked: Me not being in a stressful situation but glad we were able to stay in thuz

Liked: Everything was amazing. The room was clean, the staff were amazing and very friendly. They were extremely helpful with any questions I had. The only complaint I have is that there were kids above our room that were jumping and and going crazy one night for a while, but I put my earbuds in to go to sleep. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!
Disliked: I was sad that the jacuzzi tub didn't work but it wasn't part of the booking amenities either.
