Liked: Rooms had a great set up.... Lots of storage space and pleasant to look atPool room was nice... hot tub was cloudy
Disliked: Moldy english muffins and rock hard bagels are what you will get at the breakfast.... Told front desk-they told me it was not possible and were going to look but obviously I had thrown them out.... Batteries in remote would turn TV on'/off but volume and changing channels was a task.... went down to ask for batteries and were denied them.... told to plug cable box on and off

Had a very good time

Liked: We only stayed two nights so we did not get to use the pool. I enjoyed the balcony. We did not use the breakfast, there was cereal. The bed was very comfortable once you get on it.
Disliked: The beds are to high. it was hard to sit on them with out climbing up. The beds could be lowered about 6 to 8 inches. My husband was not happy with the stairs.

Liked: Hot tub ! The pool was to cold me! I’m older and more can’t take the cold water!
Disliked: I was in room 100 the people above me disturbed my sleep for the 2 days I was there. I co yo lent sleep because the noise was alit of walking hard on floor dropping things! Play a surround sound to tv kid running thru the room until 1am both nights! The staff called the room but the person didn’t stop noise! I

disappointing and frustrating

Liked: The hot tub was unavailable for use for 3 days. Last month when we stayed at All Seasons, the pool area was unavailable for most of our stay. Management did not accurately inform us as to when the hot tub would be fixed …half an hour turned into 3 days. UGH…On the plus side, Channel (?sp) graciously listened to our complaint and gave us a resort fee discount 0f $12(Big Deal?) and suggested we go to another property to use their pool (not acceptable)!
Disliked: see above…non functioning hot tub…door left open to the out doors while fixing It which made the pool area cool and noisy. I would like to see further compensation by Wyndham management! We came to the resort specifically to enjoy the hot tub, pool and sauna AND for the second visit in a row were unable to do so!!!

Disliked: There was a group staying for a hockey tournament that made it challenging to enjoy the amenities I would have liked to know on booking as other hotels in the area post this on their websites

Helpful staff and nice facilities!

Liked: The pool was lovely and the bed and blankets were super comfortable! There was a really terrible group staying at the same time as us, some hockey group. They were super inconsiderate and made the stay a little stressful. The staff were so helpful to make the stay more comfortable even with the difficult group. They moved our room for us and even assisted in moving our stuff. Tiffany at the front desk was so sweet and kind!
Disliked: Not much, maybe just the access to the other side of the building, had to walk through pool area. And the terrible group staying there but that was out of their control and they handled it best they could
