Superb

Disliked: not all jets in the hot tub were working. vending machine out side of room wouldn't take cash

Liked: We liked fan in bathroom
Disliked: Rm.210. No outlet or nite lites in bathroom. Need more places to hang towels. Caulking around toilet is a mess. Need room entry door that fits door jam or gasket w good seal. Huge gaps. Was loud esp w kids bouncing ball in hall. Pool and jacuzzi close too early. No fire pits. No recycle bin. No microwave oven. No TV guide. No menus or local attraction brochures.

Good for a weekend getaway

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: The “fitness center” was terrible. Not one piece of cardio equipment functioned properly. There are no elevators.

Nice, clean, and affordable resort

Liked: The property was generally well maintained both indoors and outdoors. Quiet and easy to get to
Disliked: The first room assigned to us had a lot of those wet flies coming out of sink when we first entered the room. We called the front desk right away to notify them and request a new room. The staff member was upset and did not regard us very kindly in that moment. If we wanted to pay for our hotel room with a side of flies, we would have stayed in the jungle :)
