Liked: The location was really good, right in the middle of Windermere. Close to plenty of shops, pubs, and restaurants. Excellent information on arrival. The room was a really good size. I just need to watch your head for the low ceiling. Toilet not being in the room was not an issue for us.
Disliked: The bed was hard.

Liked: Perfect location for a trip to the lake district…less than a minute walk to the train station and close to restaurants in the area. Staff was so kind and friendly.

Disliked: I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. After my check-in time was rejected, I immediately rebooked elsewhere, only to be charged for the original booking anyway. The hotel showed no interest in doing the right thing, instead hiding behind terms and conditions to keep my money without providing a service. I urge others not to support a business that prioritizes profits over fair treatment of its customers.
