Disliked: It was the worst place I ever stayed. After we checked out, we left our luggage. When we came back to take it, I asked in english, if I can use the toilet that was outside the room. Young, big lady looked at me like I was crazy and said that if we checked out, then obviously I can't. Ok, I understand, but then she started to laugh on me and my friend and speak in italian to another lady commenting on us in a rude way. Oh, such a pitty that I speak italian and understood every word... I even let her know, that I understand and expected her to say 'sorry', but she only answered 'perfect' and sneer. So pathetic.Breakfast was a joke, terrible, processed food, low quality products. Only positive thing was nice service during the breakfast.Lock in the room and in the bathroom was not working properly.I never got any message how to check in, neither on my booking or email or whatsapp. I had to call the owner (I guess) after 20 minutes of ringing the bell. Ok, I give it benefit of the doubt, believe it was technical problem, and lady by phone answered very quickly and helped us to get in, so this is ok.

Wonderful place!

Liked: We had the most fantastic stay in our luxury double bed room with a balcony. The room was spacious, clean and modern with an excellent wi-fi connection.The hotel has excellent transport links with a nearby metro (Policlinico) and lots of buses that service the city. The area is quiet without lots of tourists.The manager Kate was extremely helpful and efficient. She provided us with a lovely breakfast every morning and also helped book a taxi for our return to the airport at the end of our holiday.We will go back again!
