Disliked: The location was a little scary and kept hearing people in the other rooms

Very frustrating

Disliked: I canceled my booking before accepting , I requested first floor which they assured me but when I arrived there the receptionist said none I should be in the second floor but I’m on a wheelchair, very frustrating

Liked: The room was cleaned.

There were multiple bugs dead...

Liked: n/a
Disliked: Bugs in the room, decent beds, but very high off the ground. My daughter had a hard time getting in the bed.
