Perfect treatment for my 50th

Liked: Location and staff friendly and helpful rooms could have done with being slightly bigger but only being critical!
Disliked: Room size a bit squished

Liked: The room was nicely equipped and decorated, and quiet! It had everything I needed for a quick business trip, including a hand steamer, coffee machine and nice products in the bathroom. I didn't get to check out the rooftop bar, but the free drink tickets for the downstairs bar was a nice touch. Overall experience was good.
Disliked: There were light switches in the roomthat remained illuminated after turning all the lights off, it was quite bright so I had to put a pillow in front to block the light. The location, is central, but not in a great part of Manhattan - it can feel unsafe at night and is in one of the less nice parts of Midtown. That said it met my needs for a business trip.

Amazing

Liked: Staff was all lovely that we dealt with and very obliging. Room was always cleaned and balloons had been put up for my daughter’s birthday which was a lovely touch. Very central to everywhere but not too noisy compared to some places.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like

Perfect location but small rooms

Liked: Location was amazing! Staff friendly. Nice view.
Disliked: Room was too small for 3 people and bathroom not lockable and without privacy.
