Liked: We liked everything about the hotel. We did not have the opportunity to eat at the restaurant. The rooftop bar had excellent drinks!
Disliked: The temperature in the room was difficult to control. The cleaning people came very late at night which was not something we were used to. We would be out for the day sightseeing and come back to the room to get ready to go out to dinner and housekeeping would show up while we were getting ready. The location is great for walking to Times Square and theater district.

Clean and good location but...

Liked: Location was good for access to Times Square, Central Park and nearby subways. The hotel was clean and we felt safe with staff downstairs monitoring who was entering.
Disliked: Staff at the front desk were quite dismissive and rude. We were supposed to get bottles of water provided each day but didn't. One night we asked for extra toilet roll and an hour later it still hadn't been given to us. The room was a bit small for 4 people and there wasn't enough storage for clothes.
