un cleanliness and poor cleaning...

Liked: the bed was alright
Disliked: as we arrived to the cabin we had found rubbish all under and around the couch also had hair and dirt all in the bathroom, as we have two kids we didn't want to get sick we asked for it to be cleaned as we hat to attend a funeral, after we returned from the funeral we had checked and the rubbish and mess was still there and nothing had been cleaned, also had not been left any soap. I ended up cleaning it my self and taking it down in a bag to the front office and all I got was soap and offer for a room change right next door, as we had an event on the second day and had to get ready for it so we were unable to have a room change also worried the same problem would happen.As a family with one pregnant woman and two small children the cleanliness is something we would expect for hygiene and safety for our children, along with the price we had paid to stay three nights it could of been easily fixed the first day when we requested it to be cleaned. knowing this we would of booked elsewhere. regards.

Disliked: Fridge was disconnected on arrival didn't notice till following morning. Something that should be checked by staff on a daily basis
