I happened to stay in this hotel by chance. I was not able to get reservations closer to Dartmouth and was given the information for this hotel. I was extremely surprised. They had not just a continental breakfast but make your own waffles, eggs and sausages. Front desk staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms were the cleanest I have ever had in a hotel. Hotel was within walking distance to shops and Quechee gorge. Full service dining on premises and Pizza Chef with minature golf next door. Plus they are pet friendly which is good for us as we have 2 small dogs. Very enjoyable experience and we will stay there whenever we are in the area. Highly recommend it and it is easy access to Dartmouth by interstate.

Disliked: but the bed sheets are not 100% cotton, causing a lot of static electricity. You can even see sparks in the dark after turning off the lights. It was very uncomfortable, and I couldn’t sleep well all night. The breakfast was average, with no vegetables, no scrambled eggs and no bacon.

Liked: Room and all facilities were clean, well-maintained, and pleasant if rather generic. Bed was quite comfortable.
Disliked: Property is listed as good for the solo traveler. However, as a gray-haired woman, I wasn't happy that my room opened to the parking lot--access to almost all the rooms is from ground level and directly from parking. That is easy for moving your suitcase, but also easy for break-ins. Luckily, I am from upper New England and know such crime is quite rare. Nonetheless, I would prefer a room with access from the interior only. They have a FEW second floor rooms that are accessed from the inside of the hotel, but "none were available at my rate" despite the fact that they appeared to be empty (visit in January when I doubt the hotel gets full often). They did tell me someone walks the property several times through the night, but I still put a chair behind the door handle. If you want a room and are a solo traveler, you may want to ask for one of the upstairs balcony access rooms.
