This hotel is something straight out of the 80's. It needs renovations. I mean a tub in the middle of the stairs? There was dust around the furniture where it hasn't been vacuumed like ever. Noisy - we could hear are neighbors all night long like they were in our room. This is a great place to stay if you are looking for somewhere to party close to the strip. However this is not a family friendly place by any means. Not sure why they would hold a little kids dance convention there. All I saw was partying, partying, partying going on.

Nice price for Las Vegas!

Liked: Location was good for exploring Las Vegas. In walking distance from the Strip. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Breakfast available on site. Free parking.
Disliked: The Hotel is situated near the airport so the noice of the airplanes is present. I recommend having your earplugs with you to dim the noice.

Liked: Could park right next to room. (Because I asked for it; it’s not true for all rooms.). Location across the street from expo.
Disliked: Too many, too severe, speed bumps. West driveway gated for no reason, forcing us to go over triple the number of speed bumps (or go against one-way in lot). Single-ply toilet paper, seriously?

Liked: Alexis Park is kind of an enigma. Nice lobby and easy check-in. The main issue with the property is that the buildings are strung out for probably close to a quarter mile in back of the lobby. That may be a slight exaggeration but it doesn't feel like it. On the plus side, parking was easy and the rooms were actually very nice and well cared for. The outside of the building not so much. It took a bit of getting used to the mini split air-conditioning system but once I got it figured out they worked very well although I never could get heat to come out of them on a couple of unseasonably cold Vegas mornings. This hotel/motel is a decent value if you're looking for a room with ease of access and not having to deal with the casino and all that bad entails.

Liked: The room corresponds to the pictures but probably isn't that new. There are 2 beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room to comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 kids. The restaurant served good breakfast (not included to the room price) and the staff was nice. There is a great German restaurant and few cafes close by (5-7 mins walk). The hotel is located at about 40 mins walking distance to the Bellagio fountains. There is no casino in the hotel so no extra noise or bustle.
Disliked: The kitchenett is not equipped with anything except for the microwave and a small fridge (no plates and other kitchen utensils). No cleaning schedule. We did not really need cleaning services but it would be nice to change towels sometimes and get rid of the rubish.

Liked: The location and it was pet friendly. Easy to park my over sized vehicle
Disliked: I’m not a big fan of the resort fee. It for all of Vegas, I will probably just avoid Vegas as the resort fee another tax grab.
