Liked: The location on the peaceful bay was wonderful. The small size of the hotel was very relaxing.
Disliked: Some way of insulating the deck between the floors. It was as though you were sitting right next to your neighbors and the deck was not as private and relaxing as it should have been.

Lovely location on the beach

Liked: Very clean room. Right on Traverse Bay with a beautiful sandy beach. and great views. Easy to locate and accessible to many eateries. Not far from downtown Traverse City with many attractions as well as the old Insane Asylum.
Disliked: Rooms are not sound proof and could hear noise from the adjacent room (footsteps and talking). Upon leaving front desk staff took our keys but didn't inquire how our stay was or even minimally thank us for staying. Did really feel like a valued guest.
