Liked: Amazing location. Across the street from the train station. Right in the middle of town. Great water pressure. Price was great for the location and what you get in the room. It's a perfect place for people who are really only going to sleep there and be out all day. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No A/C. Was pretty hot in the room. Window only opens a crack, so if it gets hot in there it doesn't really cool down. Was a bit dirty. Stains on the walls. Some wall paint peeling. Tiny elevator. 2 people max. There was also a lot of bird poop on the window ledge. Maybe that's normal in Scotland, but I think it's a big risk for disease spreading. Carpet in the room was a bit dirty as well.

Liked: Lovely hotel, room a good size with a very comfortable bed. Lovely big shower room. Just across from the station. Had supper here which was reasonably priced and good food.
Disliked: The poor front of the hotel desperately needs a refurb, it was very off putting but luckily much nicer inside!
