Highly recommend
Liked: I was greeted by Andi on my arrival and shown to my room and given all the information I needed for my stay and was made to feel very welcome. The room was clean, warm and very comfortable. I had everything needed to make tea/coffee in the room. And was shown where I could get extra milk or chilled water.Breakfast was fresh, perfectly cooked by James and delicious.I can't fault anything about this guest house and would highly recommend a stay there.
Disliked: I can't think of anything I didnt like.

Wonderful from start to finish
Liked: Andi was warm and friendly throughout our 3-night stay, and it was a treat to stay in her and her husband's guest house. It is gorgeous and they obviously have an eye for design and comfort. Andi cooked delicious breakfasts for us, nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay, and her poached eggs are worth a special mention! We were visiting family in the area so didn't stay in the guest house as much as we would have liked - next time!
Disliked: Everything was wonderful and it was a real home from home for my husband and I. We will definitely be back.

I enjoyed my stay here.
Liked: Lovely house in which I had a newly refurbished room and ensuite. Very friendly people and excellent breakfast. Quiet road with dedicated parking outside. They use recycled toilet paper and refillable toiletries which I was pleaaed to see. I was given recommendations for cafes in nearby Southbourne Grove. The seaside is only a few minutes walk away with the promenade all along the coast from Hengistbury Head one way to Boscombe in the other direction.
Disliked: I can't think of anything.

Perfection at its best.
Liked: Location a short walk to bus stop and most local beach.Taxi from airport £28. This property is great for a non car user. Number 70 bus during season costs 2 £ a ride or 5.20 all day as many rides as you like. Not having a car was no problem. I didn't have time but was advised that Southbourne high Street a short walk away has everything you would need too. In short its an ideal location in a quieter residential area. Perfect for me. Bournemouth and farther along the coastline in both directions was easily reached. The attention to detail in every way at the property was beyond my expectations. I generally take others reviews with a pinch of salt and will admit I agree with them totally. You will not be disappointed with a stay here. I stayed in Pakenham room which was a delight with an open seating area on its balcony, all facilities including wonderful bathroom products and marvellous hanging baskets to be admired. Parking is sufficient on site or close by. The breakfast expertly sourced local products which headlines the owners ethos in providing natural and low waste lifestyle. I could go on but you get the gist!
Disliked: Nothing at all. Hosts listened and provided little extras if needed. The bonus of being able to use the dining room out of hours and a small fridge with fresh milk and chilled water was much appreciated.
