Liked: Rooms were spacious, love the bay windows with cushions.
Disliked: The lack of security or staff during the evenings after 8pm. The dis-concern shown by staff when told their booking.com account messaging has been hacked and is sending guests scams. Their response "O just ignore that". A bit late if someone else has already fallen for it and no mention of it anywhere.

Perfect for what I needed.

Liked: Only needed one night stay. Had an operation at Mercy Hospital scheduled for 6:30am admission so the location was excellent. The room had great facilities and it was not noisy overnight.
Disliked: Nothing to note.

An excellent choice in a...

Liked: This is a great option in a central location and an easy walk to Westfield 277 Broadway. We were greeted warmly even though we arrived early which was appreciated. The room was larger than usual and had everything we needed.
Disliked: It was all good, nothing negative.

Liked: Seemless check in. Spotless room, and laundry.

Liked: We were made to feel very welcome. The hotel was quite luxurious and very very clean. We would recommend and definitely stay there again. Many thanks also for allowing us a late departure.
