Disliked: some cleanliness issues I encountered during my stay.Upon entering my room, I noticed a visible spider web on the window, which gave the impression that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. In addition, I found dust on the drinking glasses in the room, further contributing to my concerns about the overall cleanliness. These issues were disappointing, especially given the high standards I associate with your hotel.I kindly ask that you review your cleaning protocols to ensure all areas, including windows, corners, and glassware, are properly attended to. I trust this matter will be addressed to prevent future occurrences.
