Bed Bug City !

Liked: I used to stay here when visiting Albury for work, but never again
Disliked: The rooms are infested with Bed Bugs, and after reading reviews looks like this is a problem many have experienced, if this is the only place you can get in Albury, sleep in your car

Nowhere near the the price...

Liked: Bed wasn’t uncomfortable
Disliked: Ok, wet tiled floor after opening front door possibly fridge? room had a door to next room that could make larger room, absolutely could hear everything next door were saying and doing, and not softly. Had two different types of small mite/ bug on my foot while sitting. Tv had literally four channels, and what’s with the long black hairs

Never again

Liked: Positive was the man on reception who was helpful and pleasant. Location was good just off highway. Room appeared tidy and clean, however sadly was not what it seemed.
Disliked: We arrived late and beds were made, however we noticed blood stains all over the double bed, our daughter’s single bed appeared Ok, however she ended up attacked by Bed Bugs! Staff member on reception was apologetic and referred us to the manager who ended up providing a full refund when I wasn’t satisfied with his 1st offer. Housekeeping staff need better training if they are making a bed with obviously bloodstained sheets!
