Great value and excellent service.

Liked: The room was very big, comfortable and clean. Everything worked well, and the room was great value. I was arriving later in the evening and the hotel owner called me to tell me a key had been left in a strong box near the office, along with some milk! Great service!
Disliked: Nothing ...

Liked: Clean, comfortable, staff helpful. Pet friendly room, could have our cat.
Disliked: The room was billed as two bedroom, but it had a bed in the main area and two singles in a ‘room’ without a door.

Bad

Liked: It was located close to shops
Disliked: We were put in a room that had a completely collapsed mattress, it was dirty and had no water pressure in the shower, we got moved to the room next door, the mattress in that room was ok but still had quite big impressions in it, the water pressure was great in the second room however there were 2x butterflies flying around in the room and a few bugs in the room/bathroom. I have now put this on my list to NEVER stay at again.
