Very friendly staff; the room was fabulous; had a wonderful time!

Disliked: Wasn’t notified about renovations until we got there. We moved to different room and both tvs were not working. Maintenance was no help with fixing the tvs, floor under table was not vacuumed when we came. Hair in drains, sink water foggy. Let staff know and they said next time it will be better.

Liked: Free breakfast you advertise not offered by hotel.
Disliked: Hotel under construction, no accommodation to help costumers comfort during this . Room had no heat. No attendant sent, told hotel was full when clearly it wasn’t. Only offered blanket. Tried to reach manager Isaac three times in the morning. He avoided us and has still not reached out to us as asked!! Don’t stay here!! This was not a Marriott experience, wish I had gone to a motel six with heat and hot water. No vending machines and no store ( due to construction).

Terrible

Liked: No free breakfast. Hotel was under major reconstruction which should have been disclosed. The rate was way too high for not including breakfast. Noisy and dirty. Won’t stay there again
Disliked: Free breakfast Fox News was blocked on the tv channel. Seems ridiculous to see it as an option on the menu guide but not be able to have it play.

Liked: We didn't have breakfast.
Disliked: Location was good. But it wasn't mentioned that the location was going through renovation. We just stayed one night so it was ok but hopefully if we stay there the next time the renovation will be done.

Our stay was not pleasant...

Liked: The breakfast was too expensive. We chose to go elsewhere to have breakfast due to Marriott Pyramids high prices on the breakfast menu.
Disliked: We had no coffee, no creamer, no microwave and no clock in our room. Had to ask for these items at front desk after we checked into our room. We had to pay $10 per night (we stayed three nights--$30 total for parking.) That was not mentioned on the website when we booked the room. That too, was an unpleasant surprise. The parking lot was far from full. There was plenty of parking available so we don't understand why we had to pay for parking and that price was not cheap! The shower did not drain so we informed the front desk THREE times and still when we used the shower on the third day, it had not yet been repaired. The water in the tub was up to our ankles when we showered. There was loud construction in progress during our stay. No view of the courtyard because it was under demolition and the area was completely torn up. Our stay was a complete disappointment because we were under the impression that we had made our reservations at an upscale hotel. How wrong we were! Will never stay there again.

Disliked: Was not told that major renovations were taking place before booking the room or when I checked in. Jackhammers busting out concrete at 8:30am is how I woke up my first morning. It went on from 8:30am to 5:30pm every day. Bed was not comfortable compared to other hotels and room was in need of an update.
